Build Instructions

In order to run tests in this module first the teradata jdbc driver must be installed in the local maven repository. At the time of this writing the latest driver version is Replace the version number as appropriate in the following steps.

  1. Download the appropriate driver version from Teradata.
  2. Install the jdbc driver:
    mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=com.teradata -DartifactId=terajdbc4 -Dversion= -Dpackaging=jar -DgeneratePom=true -Dfile=terajdbc4.jar 
  3. Install the jdbc driver:
    mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=com.teradata -DartifactId=terajdbc4 -Dversion= -Dpackaging=jar -DgeneratePom=true -Dfile=terajdbc4.jar 
  4. Install the security configuration:
    mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=com.teradata -DartifactId=tdgssconfig -Dversion= -Dpackaging=jar -DgeneratePom=true -Dfile=tdgssconfig.jar
  5. Build the module. The -Dteradata parameter is required to engage the dependency on the JDBC driver:
    mvn clean install -Dteradata
